The Founder of Microsoft company Bill Gates, and his better half Milinda, happen to have spent over $1.25 million for a five bedroom, 3000 square-foot residence, in the South Side Hyde Park neighborhood through a land trust on April4.

Attorney of Seattle, Christopher Carletti, who frequently represents the family of Bill Gates, in making commercial and property transactions, which has got listed on the Hyde Park properties, to deed as the legal guardian for the trust that owned the Hyde Park home.

Carletti rejected to respond on various opinions on the media.

The effort made in owning Hyde Park home states is that, the tax bills of property will be sent to a second floor office section in a suburban Seattle office park.

The sole ownership for that suburban Seattle office suite is considered to be GATE Family’s personal privatized business interests.

Gates was popularly named as, second wealthiest person in the world by Forbes magazine with about $90 billion net worth he would now become the richest person ever to own a property in Chicago area.

The main reason for the acquisition of three story residential complex, cloud not be discovered, although its proximity to the University of Chicago, it’s just three houses away from the campus, and the fact that the son of Gates, Rory, who is in college age may get a clue of utilizing the property.

The property of Hyde Park house, which is more than a century old, and was completely rebuilt, with only the exterior shell remaining to the exposure, it was rebuilt with additional infrastructure like, four and half baths, a new roof, new windows, new wooden floors, video surveillance with five exterior cameras, eight foot doors on the first and second floors, a kitchen with quartz counter tops, along with Viking appliances and custom cabinets, a breakfast area off the kitchen, heated floors in the recreational rooms on the ground floor, with two new furnaces, two 260- square foot brick, terraces and a new garage that holds three and half cars.
