A 38-year old man fell from the 18th floor of the DoubleTree Hotel and died early. The incident took place on Sunday in the 300 block of East Ohio.

The man named Dawayne Grohs, from Willowbrook, was found around 3 am in an unresponsive state. He reportedly fell from the 22nd floor to the fourth floor of hotel, located in 300 E. Ohio.

According to the authorities, Grohs was dead at the accident scene. Reports suggest that he fell out of the window.

The autopsy report suggested that Grohs died of multiple injuries caused by the fall. He was also found to be under the influence of alcohol, which was listed as a secondary cause.

Authorities listed his death as an accident.
